For the holidays and any destination affected by a service alert or international delay, please allow for an additional 7-14 business days for the order to be received. Please note that all delays listed may not cover all issues affecting your destination country. Please expect delays for the holiday season. We recommend that you look to your local couriers' service alerts for more up to date information regarding their service, even for those not listed below. Shipping Information and Estimates.

We typically fulfill all orders within 1-4 business days, depending on volume from our fulfillment center during weekday business hours (EST). Any orders placed after Friday business hours or during the weekend will ship out the following Monday.

If your items are in stock and ready to ship, there is a 24-hour delay from the time your order is shipped to the time the tracking details are emailed to you. From there, standard shipping will take place. If you have yet to receive a shipping notification, please check our website's product pages directly for any out of stock notices and shipping estimates, as this will share the most up to date information in relation to your order status.

For Domestic Orders:

All orders will go out with USPS, unless an expedited shipping option is chosen, which would be through UPS.

For Domestic Orders:

International Orders will use a courier best suited for the destination country and may transfer to your local postal provider once it passes through local customs. You will receive an International Shipping tracking link via email. Standard international shipping is typically 8-19 business days, Monday through Friday, once your tracking is sent via email.

Please be advised that frequent service delays and disruptions continue to occur for international shipments at the local courier level due to current events, weather, or pandemic related restrictions.

What is the meaning of the name MIMAIART to you?

The whole name of MIMAIART is Minimalist Art. We love simple colors, discovering things, observing its beauty and color. We are also a group of explorers who are passionate about art. Through simple art and rich design concepts, we integrate them into every great work.

What was the biggest challenge working on the rebranding project?

Sometimes the simplest design is often the hardest. But in this case, the MIMAIART's team didn't have to say it--we knew this is what we ultimately all wanted, regardless of how hard this was going to be. We spent many hours distilling designs down to their simplest forms. Hundreds of design concepts edited down to just a few directions.

Another challenge was to keep the brand feel spirited, fun, and energetic without making it feel too juvenile. We wanted to make sure we expressed MIMAIART’s energy, but also reference that it is tapped into fashion, culture and trends. That’s where the finesse comes in.
