We're sorry to hear you have a warranty issue! We’ll be happy to help you with any issues you may have experienced with our products. A photo is required on ALL product issues/warranty claims.

MIMAIART Case

MIMAIART Cases come with a one-year warranty per purchase.  Within 2 years of purchase, MIMAIART is happy to provide one (1) free replacement per product purchased. This warranty holds up regardless of the cause of the damage or issue. We just ask you to pay for the shipping! Order for the replacement must be placed within 7 days of receiving the discount code. 

For example, if you purchased on December of 19, 2018, you would be able to make one (1) warranty claim from Dec 19, 2018, to Dec 19, 2020. 


MIMAIART Glass

MIMAIART Glass comes with a one year warranty per purchase. Within a year of purchase, you are able to receive one (1) free replacement on your MIMAIART Glass from any damage or issue. We can only offer a single replacement. Customer will be required to pay the shipping cost on the replacement item. Order for the replacement must be placed within 7 days of receiving the discount code.

If anything looks odd about your MIMAIART Glass, please let us know BEFORE you remove the protective backing. Send us a photo and we’d be happy to look into it. You can always reach out to us at mimaiart@outlook.com or use one of the contact forms available on our website.

PLEASE NOTE: 
Once a Glass protector has been removed from the protective backing we can no longer offer a return for a refund or deem the product to be defective.

We do not accept returns or refunds on used glass screen protectors. 

For example, if you purchased on December 19th, 2018, you would be able to make one (1) warranty claim from Dec 19, 2018, to Dec 19 2019. 


MIMAIART Functional Products

Every purchase of MIMAIART functional products comes with a two-year warranty. If your MIMAIART function product has any damage or problems within two years of purchase, we can provide a repair service. The customer will need to pay the shipping cost of the replacement item. Order for the replacement must be placed within 7 days of receiving the discount code.

Please note: MIMAIART functional products only accept a two-year warranty and do not support replacement. If the product has been intentionally damaged, we will not accept the warranty.


Other Products

On all other products, if you have experienced an issue, please reach out to our support team and they will be happy to assist you further. A photo is required on ALL product issues/warranty claims. 

 

**Accepting Replacements 

Once the customer accepts a replacement of any item, they are no longer eligible for a return for refund or refund on the original order. If an item is damaged due to a drop then we can no longer offer a refund, only a replacement. 

If you do not want to accept a replacement:
If a customer decides that they do not want a replacement, then MIMAIART will only be able to provide store credit for the amount of the product only. 

We do not accept returns for refund if the item broken has been damaged due to a drop, fall, etc.
